1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By booking a free trial lesson, enrolling in recurring classes, or submitting tuition fees to Quran Classes Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Student”, “Parent”, or “Guardian”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our related institutional policies.

Students under the age of 18 must have enrollment completed and authorized by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full financial and supervisory responsibility for the minor’s account.

2. Free Trial Class Policy

We offer prospective families one complimentary 30-minute evaluation and introductory lesson:

• Zero Payment Obligation: No credit card or banking details are requested for trial bookings.
• Level Assessment: The trial session assesses current Arabic reading proficiency, introduces the assigned tutor, and suggests an appropriate learning track.
• Limit: Limited to one trial session per student across any curriculum track.

3. Monthly Tuition, Fees & Discounts

Tuition is structured on a monthly subscription cycle based on the number of classes scheduled per week (e.g., 2, 3, 4, or 5 classes per week):

• Advance Billing: Tuition fees are invoiced monthly in advance prior to the start of the billing period.
• Currency: Tuition is billed in the local or designated currency selected during enrollment (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, EUR, or AED).
• Discounts: Sibling discounts (10% off subsequent enrolled siblings) and quarterly prepayment discounts (15% off) may be applied where eligible. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Payment Gateway: Online transactions are processed securely via: TODO: Payment Gateway Provider (e.g., Stripe, Paymob, or Direct Wire Transfer). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Attendance, Rescheduling & Makeup Classes

Consistent practice is vital for Quranic memorization and Tajweed mastery. To maintain mutual respect for our tutors’ scheduled time:

• Advance Notice Requirement: If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, notice must be provided via WhatsApp or academy email at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time to qualify for a makeup class.
• Makeup Validity: Approved makeup lessons must be scheduled within the same calendar billing month, subject to tutor timetable availability. Makeup credits do not carry over indefinitely.
• Unannounced Absences: Lessons missed without at least 6 hours advance notice (“no-shows”) cannot be refunded or made up, as the instructor reserved the dedicated teaching slot.
• Tutor Absences: In the rare event an instructor is indisposed or experiences an unforeseen emergency, the academy will promptly arrange a makeup class at a mutually agreeable time, provide a certified substitute, or credit the session fee.

5. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Cancellation

We stand firmly behind the caliber of our teaching faculty. New students enrolled in their first paid billing month are protected by our 7-Day Satisfaction Policy. If you are not satisfied with your teacher or instructional pacing within the first 7 calendar days of your initial paid cycle, you may request a full refund of unused tuition fees.

6. Student Conduct & Islamic Etiquette (Adab)

The Holy Quran is the sacred Word of Allah, and studying it demands solemnity, sincerity, and mutual respect:

• Classroom Environment: Students should attend classes in a quiet, modest, and well-lit environment free from distracting background noise.
• Punctuality: Students are expected to enter the digital classroom promptly. Tutors wait up to 15 minutes before marking a session unattended.
• Respect & Modesty: Any inappropriate language, disrespectful behavior toward tutors or administrative staff, or harassment will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom syllabi, digital worksheets, lesson summaries, and website educational guides published by Quran Classes Academy remain our exclusive intellectual property protected by international copyright laws. Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal study. Quranic scripture, hadith texts, and classical Arabic linguistic rules remain in the divine and public domain.

8. Technology Requirements & Limitation of Liability

Students are responsible for maintaining suitable hardware (computer, tablet, or smartphone with working audio) and high-speed internet connectivity. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure stable digital classroom access, we are not liable for session disruptions caused by localized ISP failures, power cuts, or hardware malfunction on the student’s premises.
